AUBURN -- The Auburn Athletics Department has scheduled and is promoting many additional activities for the seven weekends surrounding 2012 home football games to help fans enjoy Gameday Weekends on the Plains.
“When our fans and alumni return to campus for football games, they are oftentimes looking for a weekend full of events. It’s about more than just the game or even the gameday for our fans. We want this to be a full weekend experience,” said Scott Carr, Senior Associate Athletic Director for External Affairs. “We hope with all the new activities planned, fans will be fully engaged, not just on the athletics side but with the entire University and Auburn community as well.”
FRIDAY MAIN EVENTS
Each weekend will have a specially planned featured event on Friday night which includes concerts, movie nights, dinner at Jordan-Hare Stadium and Auburn Athletic Events like soccer, volleyball and men’s basketball.
